Details: Smilianskyi said that, fortunately, the vehicles survived the strikes. The crews have already been evacuated and are safe.

"More than 10,000 citizens live in the villages where these vehicles were headed. We are the only ones working there, and every day we try to find a balance between safety and the need to support people who still live there," Smilianskyi said.
