Russian attack kills woman and injures two men in Kherson

A woman has been killed and two men injured as a result of a Russian attack and drone strike on the city of Kherson on the morning of 23 October.

Quote from Yaroslav Shanko, Head of Kherson City Military Administration: "This morning, Russian terrorists [soldiers – ed.] killed a civilian in Kherson. The occupiers' latest victim is a woman whose identity is currently being established. She sustained fatal injuries during an enemy attack on the city centre."

Details: Kherson City Military Administration later reported that at around 11:00, another Russian strike hit the city's Dnipro district, injuring a 60-year-old man. He suffered a blast injury and was taken to hospital.

Shortly after 11:00, Russian forces dropped explosives from a drone onto a car in the Korabelny district, injuring a 39-year-old man who was inside the vehicle.

The man sustained concussion, a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to the head. Police officers took him to a medical facility.
