Tens of thousands of people left without power in Lozova in Kharkiv Oblast after Russian strike – local authorities

Russian forces struck the city of Lozova in Kharkiv Oblast on the morning of 25 October, leaving around 25,000 consumers without electricity.

Background: It was reported earlier that on the night of 24-25 October Russian forces attacked an energy facility in the Chuhuiv district of Kharkiv Oblast.
