Zelenskyy visits Dobropillia front and meets with Azov fighters
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has met with soldiers at the command post of the 1st Azov Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine, which, together with adjacent units, is defending the Dobropillia front.

Details: It is reported that Zelenskyy heard reports from Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; Azov Corps Commander Denys Prokopenko; and Oleh Apostol, Commander of the Air Assault Forces of Ukraine.
The military leadership briefed Zelenskyy on the ongoing operations on the Dobropillia salient, the mop-up operation and further defence of Shakhove, efforts to reinforce the defensive flanks of Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad, and the protection of logistical routes. According to the military, the Russians continue their attempts to regain their positions at the Dobropillia salient.
The president thanked the soldiers for their service and presented them with state awards.
The Office of the President noted that the parties also discussed the liberation of Ukrainian service members from Russian captivity and the efforts required to achieve this.
