Zelenskyy announces programme to strengthen air defence over frontline cities

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that Ukraine is developing a programme to protect the skies over frontline cities.

Quote: "A programme will soon be developed to strengthen Kherson's air defence and counter enemy drones. We have a good understanding of this programme, it was presented today, it is already ready, and I have instructed that similar programmes be created for all border cities."

Background: Zelenskyy has also announced that Ukraine is set to launch mass production of a new drone model that is being positioned as an alternative to the widely used Chinese-made Mavic.
