Details: Russian forces struck several energy infrastructure facilities in Horishni Plavni overnight. As a result, the city has no electricity, water or heating and is now entering a state of emergency.

"We ask everyone to stay calm, help those who need it most, conserve device battery power and use resources sparingly," Horishni Plavni City Council said.

Maletskyi reported that electricity is currently out throughout Kremenchuk due to Russian strikes.

He added that invincibility centres are being set up for residents. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]

Poltavaoblenergo reported that a special schedule of emergency power outages has been implemented in Poltava Oblast due to a large-scale Russian missile and drone attack. This measure was taken to prevent disruptions in the operation of Ukraine's unified energy system.
