Russia has attacked Ukraine's thermal power plants over 210 times since start of full-scale war

Russian forces have launched over 210 attacks on thermal power plants belonging to DTEK, the largest private energy company in Ukraine, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Details: Russia attacked a DTEK thermal power plant again on 8 November.

"Equipment has been seriously damaged. We are working to deal with the aftermath of the attack," DTEK stated.

Background: On the night of 7-8 November, the Russian military carried out its most extensive attack on thermal power plants operated by Centrenergo, a major Ukrainian state-owned energy company, since the start of the war.
