A period of mourning has been declared in the city of Dnipro on 9 and 10 November following a Russian strike the previous day that killed three people.

Details: As of the morning of Sunday 9 November, the number of injured had risen to 13.

In addition, a 75-year-old man was wounded elsewhere in the region as a result of a Russian drone strike on the Synelnykove district.
Background:
- Earlier reports said that one person had been killed and 11 injured, including two children, after a Russian drone hit a residential block in Dnipro.
- The death toll was later confirmed to have increased to three.
