Russians attack town in Odesa Oblast, damaging critical infrastructure facility

The Russians attacked the town of Artsyz in Odesa Oblast with attack drones on the night of 12-13 November, damaging a critical infrastructure facility, an administrative building and repair workshops.

Details: No civilians were injured in the attack.

Prosecutors and police officers are working at the scene. A pre-trial investigation has been launched to determine if this attack constitutes a war crime.

Background: The energy company Poltavaoblenergo reported the occurrence of force majeure circumstances on 8 November (around 05:00) due to Russian attacks.
