A Russian airstrike on Ukraine's power system has left parts of Donetsk, Kyiv and Odesa oblasts without power supply.

Details: The ministry reported that power engineers are carrying out rapid repairs at damaged facilities. The ministry did not say whether power supply restrictions will be tightened on 14 November, while Ukrenergo, Ukraine's state-owned electricity transmission operator, said that planned schedules remain in force.
