UN Secretary-General António Guterres has stated that he condemns Russia's missile and drone strikes on civilians and civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.

Background:
- On the night of 13-14 November, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 19 missiles and 430 drones of various types, with air defence managing to down 419 aerial assets, but missile strikes and hits by 23 drones had been recorded in 13 locations.
- The main target of the strikes was the city of Kyiv. Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Poltava and Cherkasy oblasts were also affected.
