Moscow-backed "Donetsk People's Republic" complains about a lack of electricity

Details: Denis Pushilin, the leader of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic, stated that only schools will be functioning at the moment. "Rolling blackouts are possible," he said.

Shraik News claims that the Zuivska Starobesheve thermal power plants were attacked by UAVs in Donetsk Oblast on the night of 17-18 November.

The reports state that this is the third attack on the energy system of the occupied part of Donetsk Oblast.
