Update: Zinkevych later added that an energy facility has been damaged in Lviv and a woodworking facility and a warehouse have been affected. No casualties have been recorded.

"Thick smoke over Lviv is the result of tyres catching fire in civilian warehouses struck by the enemy. At the moment, no casualties have been reported. This is all the confirmed information about the strikes so far. Early reports indicate that the smoke does not pose a health risk. However, just in case, close your windows," he reported.

Later, Kozytskyi added that emergency power outages have been introduced across Lviv Oblast.

"This is a necessary step because the Russians attacked several energy facilities across the country. If the grid cannot be stabilised quickly, sadly, rolling power outages will have to be implemented," he explained.
