Klymenko said invincibility centres, mobile kitchens and tents have been set up on site, where those affected can file statements and request assistance. [Invincibility centres are heated premises stocked with food and power banks to assist residents facing hardships due to power cuts – ed.]

"The police may restrict access to damaged buildings – please follow the rules in place. This is solely to ensure people's safety and to protect property," Klymenko noted.
