Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that Russia has not conducted any successful offensive operations on the front lines in recent weeks.

Details: Zelenskyy added that in October, Russia suffered its heaviest losses in nearly four years of the war. "This is confirmed by video evidence: 25,500 service members were killed," he noted.
