President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said Ukraine is observing weakness in Russia's forces, which are struggling with shortages of personnel.

Quote: "We sense the Russians' weakness in some areas. This is a new feeling. This doesn't mean we should relax and think that the enemy has surrendered or that they have fewer troops, but it's very significant that in terms of personnel, they are somewhat weaker. They don't have time for training. In other words, they have a major problem with manpower in our view."

Details: Zelenskyy added that Ukraine is also "experiencing personnel challenges, but we will do everything we can to reinforce our soldiers and the army".

He also noted that the situation regarding Russian drones remains difficult, as they disrupt logistics and create so-called kill zones that vehicles are unable to get through.
