- On the night of 12-13 December, Odesa was subjected to a large-scale combined attack by the Russians, and local residents reported power cuts in most of the city.
- Russian forces attacked Odesa Oblast throughout the night of 13-14 December using a wide array of airborne weapons.
- As of 16 December, energy workers had managed to restore electricity to almost 330,000 consumers.
