Power cuts recorded in three Ukrainian oblasts due to Russian attacks
The Russians conducted attacks on energy facilities in several Ukrainian oblasts on the night of 17-18 December, resulting in power outages that affected consumers in Cherkasy, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts as of the morning.
