Power cuts recorded in three Ukrainian oblasts due to Russian attacks

The Russians conducted attacks on energy facilities in several Ukrainian oblasts on the night of 17-18 December, resulting in power outages that affected consumers in Cherkasy, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts as of the morning.

Details: Electricity consumption corresponds to seasonal levels. As of 09:30 on 18 December, consumption was at the same level as it was the previous day, Wednesday.

Today, rolling blackouts will be applied in most Ukrainian oblasts.

  • A residential building and a garage cooperative were damaged in a Russian attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia at around 07:00 on 18 December.
