Russians attack car in central Kherson, man in hospital

Russian forces attacked a car in the centre of Kherson on the evening of 18 December, injuring the driver.

Details: It is reported that a man, 41, has sustained a shrapnel wound to his arm, a blast injury and a closed craniocerebral injury.

He is in the hospital in a moderate condition.

Before this, Russian forces opened fire on Kherson's Dniprovskyi district, and an 86-year-old woman was injured in her own home. She sustained a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to her arm.

An ambulance crew took the woman to hospital, where she is in a serious condition.

At the same time, Russian military personnel attacked one of the municipal facilities in Kherson. A 61-year-old female worker sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds to her abdomen and is also in a serious condition in hospital.

Background: On the morning of 18 December, Russian forces attacked Novodmytrivka in Kherson district with a drone and later attacked Kherson's Dniprovskyi district. Two people were killed in these attacks.
