Russian attack on Kyiv: weapons debris falls near residential building in Sviatoshynskyi district, 5 people injured – photos, video

Drone debris fell near a residential building in Kyiv's Sviatoshynskyi district on the morning of 23 December, injuring five people, including a child. One person is in a critical condition.

Updated: Klitschko later reported that two people had been injured in the Sviatoshynskyi district and were receiving medical assistance.
He then reported that the number of casualties had risen to three. One woman was hospitalised, while the others were treated at the scene.
The National Police reported later that four people, including a child, had sustained injuries in the Russian attack on Kyiv. They specified that it was a Russian UAV that hit the residential building.
"As of 09:40, four people are known to have been injured, including a 16-year-old girl. A woman, 48, has been taken to hospital with shrapnel wounds and is in a critical condition. Police, first responders and medics are working at the scene of the strike," the police said.
Ukraine's State Emergency Service (SES) reported that the number of people injured in Russia's morning attack on Kyiv has risen to five.
Rescue workers reported that falling UAV debris damaged several five-storey residential buildings in Kyiv's Sviatoshynskyi district.
The SES carried out the dismantling of the unsafe structural elements of the damaged buildings.
