Ukrainian unit of attack drones destroys Russian Solntsepyok flamethrower system

A unit of attack drones from the Lasar's Group of the National Guard of Ukraine has destroyed a Russian TOS-1A Solntsepyok heavy flamethrower system that was targeting frontline positions of Ukraine's defence forces.

Quote: "When enemy equipment opened fire, it was spotted by aerial reconnaissance from the 32nd Mechanised Brigade. After receiving the information from our comrades, the pilots of Lasar's Group's heavy bombers accurately struck the enemy target."

Details: Pivnenko added that the Solntsepyok is a heavy flamethrower system that fires thermobaric munitions. It is designed to destroy lightly armoured and vehicle targets as well as buildings and other structures.
