Russia's Defence Ministry reveals "details" of alleged drone attack on Putin residence
Russia's Ministry of Defence has claimed that it repelled a drone attack on a residence of Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Novgorod Oblast on the night of 28-29 December and has revealed details of the incident.

Details: According to the Russian Defence Ministry, Russian air defence systems supposedly intercepted 91 attack drones which, as the Russian side claims, were heading towards the Kremlin leader's residence on the night of 28-29 December.
The ministry said that 49 drones had been supposedly downed over Bryansk Oblast and one more over Smolensk Oblast.
It also claimed that 18 drones were intercepted over Novgorod Oblast before 07:00 on 29 December, and a further 23 between 07:00 and 09:00.
