Quote: "A drone threat has been declared in Yaroslavl Oblast. Remain calm… units from the Ministry of Defence and law enforcement agencies are working to repel the attack."
Details: Astra, citing local residents, reported that explosions had been heard in Rybinsk.
Eyewitnesses said fuel storage tanks were on fire.
Astra geolocated several videos from the scene and concluded that a tank farm in the Kopayevo neighbourhood of Rybinsk was burning.

The Federal State-owned Enterprise Kombinat Temp is located there – a facility that is part of Russia's state reserve system (Rosrezerv) and is used for fuel storage.
Russia's Ministry of Defence claimed that during the previous night its air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 86 Ukrainian UAVs. According to the statement, 56 drones were supposedly shot down over the Black Sea, nine over Bryansk Oblast, eight over Lipetsk Oblast, five over Russia's Krasnodar Krai, and eight over temporarily occupied Crimea.
Notably, the Russian Defence Ministry made no mention of any supposedly intercepted drones over Yaroslavl Oblast.
