Details: The report states that Russian forces tried to use a logistics route between Shevchenkove and Pokrovsk to concentrate additional personnel and equipment.
The Russians deployed more than 30 items of light vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs and other motor transport.
Units operating in the 7th Corps' area of responsibility destroyed part of this equipment while the Russians were still on the move, including through the use of the M142 HIMARS system. The remaining vehicles were detected and struck by Ukraine's defence forces on the south-eastern outskirts of the city, where the Russians were attempting to find shelter.
Available information indicates that Russia's 76th Air Assault Division was involved in the operation.
Quote: "The enemy's objective is to further increase pressure on the northern outskirts of Pokrovsk and, subsequently, to launch an assault on Hryshyne."
