Ukraine brings back 21-year-old Russia deported to Krasnodar under "evacuation"

Ukraine has brought back 21-year-old Dmytro from a temporarily occupied area after the Russian troops forcibly took him from his home village to the city of Krasnodar following the start of the full-scale invasion. For three years, he lived in enforced isolation under the control of the Russian authorities.

Details: Russian forces took Dmytro to Krasnodar under the cover of an "evacuation", but it was, in fact, a deportation. He was cut off from home and stripped of the ability to decide his own future. He remained isolated and under the control of the Russian authorities.
Quote: "He was forced to obtain a Russian passport and his Ukrainian documents were lost. Everyday life passed in an atmosphere of pressure, restrictions and constant fear, in an environment where Russia systematically applies a policy of indoctrination and forced integration, seeking to subordinate young people and destroy their Ukrainian identity."
More details: This year, control over him eased and he decided to look for ways to return home. After three years of living under constant surveillance by hostile security services, he realised the risks and did not delay.
He was brought out of Russia through the Path Home: New Route project of the Ukrainian Child Rights Network in partnership with SOS Children's Villages Worldwide, a non-governmental organisation.
Quote: "Today, Dmytro is already in free Ukraine. He is safe and is receiving the necessary assistance and support to recover after years of forced stay under the control of the occupation authorities.
Background: On Christmas Day, the wife and two children of a Ukrainian serviceman who survived captivity were brought back from occupation.
