A total of 300 tonnes of oil spilled onto roads after Russian forces struck a US-owned plant in the city of Dnipro.

Details: Filatov said that municipal workers are clearing up and spreading sand mixed with special absorbent compounds on the roadway, adding that travel along the city's embankment road will be impossible for about two to three days.

Background: On 19 November, a Russian drone attack damaged a food warehouse belonging to the UN World Food Programme (WFP).
