Details: Video footage of the planning and execution of the operation codenamed Alphabet was posted on the unit's social media pages.

The footage shows a ground drone carrying an explosive charge driving up to a Russian position, after which the operator remotely detonates it.

During the operation, a ground robotic system with a tracked platform and an open cargo section for transporting explosives was used.

Operators said that despite difficult terrain and attacks by Russian FPV drones, the ground robotic system was able to travel about 20 km and deliver 12 mines directly to the Russian shelter.

The Russian troops were hiding in the basement of a school building. After the remote detonation and the collapse of the structure, Ukrainian fighters continued to observe the position to record any possible enemy activity.

Quote: "As a result, we managed to destroy the enemy group, and our infantry took control of the cleared area."

Background: Fighters from the Special Operations Centre Alpha of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) used a ground robotic system to evacuate a captured Russian soldier.
