The Russians are trying to increase pressure on Ukrainian defensive positions, redeploying additional reserves and seeking opportunities to advance, including through infiltration tactics and continuous assaults.

Quote: "Our troops are making every effort to halt the enemy's advance and destroy its personnel and equipment. The northern part of Pokrovsk is under our control. We are stopping the enemy in Myrnohrad. We are engaged in active defence."

Details: The commander-in-chief added that, based on reports from the field, he had provided orders for army corps and brigade commanders and defined a set of specific steps to strengthen the resilience of the defence and ensure the uninterrupted functioning of key logistics routes that directly affect the supply of ammunition and reinforcements to Ukrainian troops.
