Russian forces attacked Odesa on the night of 11-12 January, damaging an infrastructure facility and residential buildings, causing power outages in part of the city and injuring two people.

Details: Lysak said that all necessary emergency and utility services had been dispatched to the scenes.

Background: At around 23:00, an air-raid warning was issued in Odesa Oblast due to the threat of Russian attack drones. Local media outlets reported a series of powerful explosions.
