Russian forces have yet again attacked energy infrastructure facilities in Odesa Oblast.

Details: DTEK said the attack has caused significant damage to equipment, which will take time to repair.

Approximately 33,500 consumers in Odesa Oblast are currently without electricity. Power engineers are working at full capacity to deal with the aftermath of the attack as quickly as possible and restore power to consumers.
Background:
- A vital energy facility has been damaged in a Russian strike on the Novhorod-Siverskyi district in Chernihiv Oblast.
- On the night of 11-12 January, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 156 Shahed and Gerbera loitering munitions and drones of other types. About 110 of them were Shaheds.
