Ukrainian air defences shoot down all 10 jet-powered drones but Russian attack continues

Ukraine's air defences have downed 10 Russian drones while repelling an attack on the capital on 14 January.

Details: Between 07:00 and 17:00 on 14 January, Russia stepped up its air attacks on Kyiv using jet-powered UAVs.

The Air Force reported that all necessary assets have been deployed to destroy and counter the jet-powered drones, including aircraft.

As of 17:00, 10 out of 10 jet-powered Russian drones had been shot down in Kyiv and Chernihiv oblasts.

Quote: "After examining the wreckage, specialists will likely determine the UAV type and its payload.

However, the attack continues. To the south of Ukraine's capital, the usual Shaheds and other types of UAVs are being detected. Combat operations are ongoing, do not ignore the air-raid warning."
