Russians attack Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: 2 injured, infrastructure damaged

Two people have been injured, a fire has broken out and infrastructure has been damaged in Russian strikes on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Quote: "The enemy attacked the Malomykhailivka hromada in the Synelnykove district with a drone yesterday [on 15 January]. Two people have been injured. A 41-year-old woman has been hospitalised in a moderate condition, while a 38-year-old man is being treated as an outpatient. A car was damaged." [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Details: Russian forces hit the Zelenodolsk hromada in the Kryvyi Rih district with an FPV drone late in the evening, damaging a house and garage.

Russian forces also targeted the Nikopol district with artillery and an FPV drone, affecting the city of Nikopol and the Pokrovske hromada.

"A drone attacked the Solone hromada in the Dnipro district, damaging infrastructure. The Russians struck the Zaitseve hromada in the Synelnykove district with a drone in the morning, causing a fire," Hanzha added.

He noted that Ukrainian air defence forces had downed five Russian drones over Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
