Ukraine has sufficient fuel reserves and functioning supply routes despite Russian attacks, Denys Shmyhal, First Deputy Prime Minister and Energy Minister, has said.

Details: Shmyhal said that Ukraine had reached record fuel import levels in December, the highest in the past year.

Quote: "Over 220,000 tonnes of fuel have been imported since the start of this year. Thousands of tonnes of petrol and diesel enter Ukraine every day."

More details: Shmyhal said that this enables Ukraine to maintain stable reserves covering more than 20 days of average consumption.
