Zelenskyy: Ukraine's Air Force will soon see personnel changes

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced upcoming decisions on the work of Ukraine's Air Force but has not specified what they will involve.

Details: Zelenskyy said that he has issued instructions to newly appointed Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov but does not specify what they are.
Quote: "All decisions for this are already in place, and the increase in imports must proceed without delay.
There are separate instructions for the minister of defence of Ukraine regarding Air Force operations and the protection of the skies. Decisions will follow."
Update: Zelenskyy later clarified in an address to the nation that this includes personnel changes.
Quote: "We spoke with the Minister of Defence of Ukraine about air defence operations, about assessing the consequences of the strikes and the circumstances of every Russian attack.
Everything the enemy does must be analysed down to every detail – and our countermeasures, our protection, must become significantly stronger.
There will also be decisions that are necessary to change our defence system, including personnel decisions."
