Quote from Terekhov: "An enemy strike has been recorded in the Industrialnyi district of the city."
Details: Terekhov said that the Russians had hit a critical infrastructure facility.
Terekhov added that there have been reports about people being injured.
Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration has confirmed the reports of explosions and said that the threat of attacks remains.
Update: Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration reported that a 62-year-old man has been injured.
Terekhov said that the damage caused by the Russian attack is "significant".
Quote from Terekhov: "The enemy has struck a critical infrastructure facility in the Industrialnyi district. A person is reported to have been injured.
The damage is significant, and this is not a case of 'patching it up a bit and moving on'. We are talking about serious blows to the system that provides the city with heat and electricity.
With each such strike, maintaining centralised heat and electricity supply becomes harder. The energy system is in a very challenging condition: reserves are not endless, the load is at its peak and any new damage immediately eats into the capacity for stabilisation."
Details: Terekhov said any further strike could worsen supply stability and make repairs longer and more difficult.
Background: Russian forces launched a strike on energy infrastructure in Odesa Oblast on the night of 16-17 January.
