Defence Intelligence of Ukraine showcases combat capabilities and innovations to Czech president

More details: Flagship examples of Ukraine's defence industry include the Magura V5, V6 and V7 uncrewed surface vessels, which have been used against Russian ships and aircraft. Other notable systems are unmanned aerial vehicles such as the Liutyi (Fierce) and Bober (Beaver).
Lieutenant General Oleh Ivashchenko, newly appointed Head of DIU, briefed the Czech delegation on the current security situation and provided DIU's assessment of Moscow's further plans and intentions.
Background:
- On 15 January, Pavel arrived in Ukraine on a visit that he began in Lviv, where he had a meeting with Ukrainian officials.
- He also visited the Lviv Oblast Hospital for War Veterans and Victims of Repression in the city of Vynnyky, which has been renovated with Czech funding.
- The next day, he travelled to Kyiv, where he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
