Three people were injured in Kharkiv after Russia hit a critical infrastructure facility on Saturday 17 January.

Details: Syniehubov reported earlier that two men aged 62 and 59 had been injured in the attack.
Background: On the afternoon of 17 January, Russian forces struck Kharkiv. Terekhov said that the damage from the attack is "significant". He said there were serious hits to the system that provides the city with heat and electricity.
