Russians attack Dnipro: 2 injured, extensive damage reported – photos

Two people have been injured, fires have broken out and a business, infrastructure, residential buildings and cars have been damaged in a Russian strike on the city of Dnipro on the night of 19-20 January.

Quote: "The enemy attacked Dnipro overnight. A fire broke out. A business was damaged. Windows of nearby buildings were shattered. A residential building, infrastructure and five cars were also affected. Two women, aged 76 and 67, were injured and are receiving outpatient treatment."

Details: Russian forces also damaged a house in the Novooleksandrivka hromada in the Dnipro district with a drone. Meanwhile, the Pokrovske hromada in the Nikopol district was shelled with artillery. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Hanzha added that Ukrainian air defence forces had downed 40 Russian drones over Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
