Quote from Filatov: "They have hit a residential building. All the details will come later."

Details: A fire has broken out in the multi-storey apartment building. It is being put out by firefighters.
Prior to this, Ukraine's Air Force had warned of the threat of Russian drone attacks.

Update: Later, Filatov reported that five people were known to have been injured, including one child, and one of them had been taken to hospital.
"A search and rescue operation is under way at the scene of the Russian forces' strike on the multi-storey apartment building. I spoke with people, and fortunately many of them were at work at the time of the strike," the mayor said.
The State Emergency Service, police, municipal workers and volunteers are working at the scene of the strike. Tents have also been set up where local residents can keep warm.
Quote from Filatov: "Emergency workers have already rescued 16 people. We are communicating with other residents through building chat groups. We expect another three people to make contact. We are also working out a mechanism to provide vital services for the intact part of the building. We are doing everything necessary."
Details: Hanzha reported that six people were injured, including a 14-year-old girl, whose life is not at risk. "She will recover at home. Two others are in hospital – a 64-year-old woman and an 88-year-old man. Medics assess their condition as moderate," Hanzha said.
