Belarus companies help fulfil Russia's defence orders – Ukrainian intelligence
Belarus's military-industrial complex has integrated into Russia's since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, with more than 80% of Belarusian companies involved in fulfilling Russia's state defence order.

Details: Luhovskyi said that Belarus remains Russia's main and only ally on the western front. He said it continues to act as Russia's rear base, supplying shells and unmanned systems and repairing Russian military equipment.
Quote: "Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the Belarusian military-industrial complex has integrated into the Russian one. More than 80% of Belarusian companies are involved in fulfilling Russia's state defence order and Russia's State Armaments Programme for 2025-2034. Belarusian territory is actively used to supply technologies and products to companies of Russia's military-industrial complex in order to bypass sanctions."
More details: Luhovskyi said that Belarusian companies repair armoured vehicles and missile and artillery weapons, communications equipment, automated command and control systems and aircraft.
Background: In November 2025, Belarus sharply increased petrol supplies to the Russian market amid expectations of a fuel crisis in Russia.
