Around 80% of the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast has been left without electricity as a result of a combined Russian attack on the evening of 26 January.

Quote: "It was a combined attack involving missiles and drones. Two people have been injured and are receiving all the necessary medical treatment."

Details: Syniehubov said that two schools in the Industrialnyi district of Kharkiv had been damaged in the strikes. An energy infrastructure facility was also hit.

He noted in a video statement that a large part of the oblast has been left without power due to the extent of the damage.

Quote: "About 80% of the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast are without electricity at the moment, as emergency power outage schedules are in place."

Background: The Russians attacked Kharkiv on the evening of 26 January, injuring two people and damaging an energy infrastructure facility and an educational institution.
