Details: The European Union plans to adopt a new package of sanctions against Russia on 24 February.
"On the 20th package of sanctions, yes, we aim to have, you know, to come out with this on 24 February," Kallas said.
She said that EU member states are proposing various sanctions, including a "full maritime services ban and also issues on energy sanctions and different fertilisers".
"I mean, these are proposals on the table. So, the work is ongoing," the EU's top diplomat said.
Kallas noted that she cannot say that there is currently agreement among EU states on the content of the package.
"I can't say that we have an agreement now. Otherwise, we would already, you know, declare that we have an agreement. But we've had a lot today. So, now we continue working with this," she said.
