Heat restored to 2,700 buildings in Kyiv

Heat has been restored to more than 2,700 buildings in the city of Kyiv since yesterday evening. However, 693 buildings remain without heating in the city.

Details: Kuleba reports that some buildings are still without heat due to the aftermath of the latest Russian attack, with the most difficult situation in the Solomianskyi and Pecherskyi districts.

An additional 114 teams and more than 500 workers have been involved in the work, including personnel from other oblasts and from Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways). For hospitals, maternity hospitals, and key invincibility centres, 69 mobile boiler units have been deployed. Water supply and wastewater services are operating as normal. Background: Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that another thousand high-rise residential buildings remain without heating after the reconnections made yesterday.
