Details: Klitschko said that around 1,170 high-rise residential buildings across Kyiv had lost heating.

Utility services and power engineers have begun work to restore power.

Klitschko also noted that repairs are ongoing in buildings that were without heating even before the attack.

Update: DTEK later reported that emergency power cuts had been implemented on Kyiv's left bank due to the attack.

The Dniprovskyi and Darnytskyi districts are currently under partial emergency electricity shutdowns.

Rolling outage schedules continue as planned on the right bank.

Background: Several residential high-rise buildings were damaged, a kindergarten caught fire and three people were injured in a large-scale Russian attack on the city of Kyiv on the night of 2-3 February.
