Battlefield sees 133 clashes over past day – Ukraine's General Staff
Ukrainian defence forces are holding the Russians back along the entire line of contact. In total, 133 clashes have occurred on the battlefield over the past day, with most fighting taking place on the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole fronts.

Quote: "Yesterday [4 February – ed.], the enemy carried out 3 missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, using 3 missiles, and conducted 96 airstrikes, dropping 246 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it employed 7,880 kamikaze drones for attacks and carried out 3,971 attacks targeting populated areas and the positions of our forces, including 89 strikes using multiple-launch rocket systems."
Details: On the North Slobozhanshchyna front and in the operational zone in Russia's Kursk Oblast, Russian forces conducted 4 airstrikes, dropping 11 guided aerial bombs, and subjected Ukrainian positions and populated areas to 91 attacks, including 1 from a multiple-launch rocket system.
On the South Slobozhanshchyna front, Russian forces attempted to break through the Ukrainian defence four times towards the settlements of Prylipka, Vovchansk, Hrafske and Vovchanski Khutory.
On the Kupiansk front, five Russian attacks have been recorded towards the settlements of Kupiansk and Kindrashivka.
On the Lyman front, Russian forces conducted six attacks near the settlements of Drobysheve, Novoselivka, Stavky and Lyman.
On the Sloviansk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 13 Russian attempts to advance near the settlements of Platonivka and Dronivka and towards Zakitne, Rai-Oleksandrivka and Riznykivka.
On the Kramatorsk front, Russian forces carried out two attacks near the village of Vasiukivka.
On the Kostiantynivka front, Russian forces conducted 10 attacks near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk, Yablunivka and Sofiivka.
On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders stopped 29 Russian assault and offensive actions near the settlements of Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Molodetske and Filiia and towards Vilne.
On the Oleksandrivka front, Russian forces conducted three attacks near the settlements of Zelenyi Hai and Sosnivka.
On the Huliaipole front, the Russians carried out 17 attacks near the settlements of Solodke and Huliaipole and towards Nove Zaporizhzhia and Zaliznychne.
On the Orikhiv front, the Russians attempted to advance one time near Stepnohirsk.
On the Prydniprovske front, Russian troops conducted two unsuccessful offensive actions.
"Over the past 24 hours, Ukraine's Rocket Forces and Artillery units hit three clusters of military personnel, a UAV command post, two guns and a multiple-launch rocket system belonging to the Russian invaders," the General Staff said.
