Details: It is reported that the president heard a report from acting head of Security Service Yevhen Khmara.
Quote: "There are solid results, and I approved new tasks for the Service – new combat operations. We will continue to weaken the enemy.
I also want to commend our military – they know exactly who I mean – for their ability to reach even such targets as an Oreshnik launch site. Our Flamingos did their job. There are tangible results as well from units on the front line."
Background: It became known on 5 February that Ukraine's defence forces carried out a series of strikes in January, including with Flamingo missiles, on Kapustin Yar range in Russia's Astrakhan Oblast, where Russians deployed Oreshnik system.
