Thousands left without water and heating in Lviv Oblast after Russian attack

A total of 6,000 local residents have been left without water and heating in Dobrotvir, Lviv Oblast, following a Russian attack on a critical infrastructure facility.

Hourly electricity outage schedules are also in place across the oblast.
At present, more than 600,000 customers across Lviv Oblast are without power.
Background: On the night of 6-7 February, Russian forces launched more than 400 drones and around 40 missiles against Ukraine.
