The Burshtyn Thermal Power Plant in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast has stopped operating following a large-scale Russian attack. People living in the city of Burshtyn now have no water or heating.

Details: Andriieshyn said Russian forces attacked Burshtyn with Kalibr missiles, other types of missile and Shahed-type drones in an onslaught that went on from 03:00 until 08:00.

More details: Andriieshyn said heating will be restored to people's homes within 48 hours, "as stipulated by the regulations on emergencies".
