Ukraine's defence forces have struck a command post belonging to Russian troops in the city of Sudzha in Russia's Kursk Oblast and an ammunition depot on occupied territory in Kherson Oblast. The Ukrainian military also confirmed the destruction of a large batch of the Russian FPV drones.

Details: Ukrainian forces hit a command post belonging to a Russian airborne unit in the area of Sudzha in Russia's Kursk Oblast on the night of 8-9 February.

A Russian ammunition depot was also hit on the temporarily occupied territory in Kherson Oblast, in the area of the settlement of Novooleksiivka.

In addition, the General Staff of Ukraine also confirmed the destruction of three containers with FPV drones and components following earlier strikes, including on a UAV warehouse in the area of the city of Rostov-on-Don in Russia's Rostov Oblast.

Early reports suggest that about 6,000 FPV drones were destroyed. Several other containers holding drones were also damaged.
